Webhook Setup

Enable Webhook on LINE Developers [View Guide]

1. Go to https://developers.line.biz/console/
2. Select your Provider → click your channel
3. Go to Messaging API tab
4. Scroll down to Webhook settings
5. Click [Edit] → paste the Webhook URL → click [Update]
6. Click [Verify] to confirm
7. Toggle Use webhook to On

Enable Webhook on OA response settings:

1. Go to https://manager.line.biz
2. Select your account → click Settings in the top right
3. Click Response settings in the left menu
4. Under Toggle responses, set the following:
   1. Chat: Off
   2. Greeting message: Off
   3. Webhooks: On
   4. Auto-response messages: Off
