  • **WABA**: The WhatsApp Business Account to use

  • **Template name**: A name used to identify the template

  • **Template**: The template category

  • **Language**: The message language

  • **Variable type**: The format used for Header and Body variables

Header is optional. You can add text, an image, a video, or a document. Supported Header types may vary according to channel policies.

When a Header includes variables, enter sample values for the review process.

Body is the main message area. Write the content that will be sent to customers and add variables where needed.

Enter a sample value for every variable. Do not use real customer personal information in samples.

Use variable names consistently throughout the template. Descriptive names such as `customer_name` and `appointment_date` are recommended.

Footer is optional. Enter fixed text to display at the bottom of the message. Variables cannot be used in the Footer.

Buttons are optional. You can add actions such as Quick Reply, Website, or Call Phone. Button types and limits may be subject to WhatsApp policies.

Use the Preview panel to check how the Header, Body, Footer, and buttons will appear in the final message. Review the content and sample values, then select **Save and submit**.

After submission, the external channel may approve, reject, or request changes to the template. A template cannot be used in Broadcast until it is approved.
