Channels Overview

Channels lets you connect external messaging services and check their connection status. The current integration order is WhatsApp, LINE, and WeChat.

The final list of supported messaging services and any additional integrations will be confirmed as the product roadmap is finalized. This guide will be updated when new channels become available.

  • Administrator access to the channel account
  • Channel-specific API information or an external service login
  • Permission to configure Webhooks when required
  1. Select Channels → Integration → WhatsApp.
  2. If quick connection is available, select Quick Connect → Start Setup.
  3. Select a Business Portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account in the Meta flow.
  4. Follow the instructions to approve the connection.
  5. If you need an existing Meta app or a separate Tech Provider setup, use Advanced setup → Request Enterprise Setup.

After connecting, check the WhatsApp account and phone number status. Send a test message to confirm that Inbox receives messages and can send replies.

  1. Select Channels → Integration → LINE.
  2. Prepare a LINE Developers account, Provider, Official Account, and Messaging API.
  3. Enter the Channel ID, Channel Secret, and Channel Access Token.
  4. Register the Webhook URL in LINE Developers and the Official Account settings.
  5. Turn on the Webhook and select Complete.
  1. Select Channels → Integration → WeChat.
  2. Confirm administrator access to the WeChat Official Account.
  3. Enter the App ID, App Name, App Secret, Token, and Encoding AES Key.
  4. Register the URL and Token shown on screen in the WeChat Developer Console.
  5. Confirm the message encryption method and data format, then complete the connection.

On the connected channel screen, check Webhook Health, connection status, and the latest delivery time. Use a test account to confirm that messages appear in Inbox.
